Green Chili Beef Enchiladas
Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger
- 2 tsps taco seasoning
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- ½ cup salsa verde
- 1 can green chilis
- 8 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Fresh cilantro chopped (for garnish)
- Sour cream and guacamole for serving
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook your hamburger, sprinkle the taco seasoning over the beef mixture. Pour 1/4 cup of the sauce mixture over the meat.
- Stir well to ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed. Let it simmer for a few minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Take a flour or corn tortilla, spoon a generous portion of the seasoned beef onto the center, and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Fold the sides of the tortilla in and then roll it up tightly, creating a burrito. Repeat until all tortillas are filled.
