  • Boxed Mac and Cheese: Any brand will do follow the package instructions.
  • 1 15oz Spicy Rotel Chilis
  • 1 lb Ground Beef

Cook Macaroni and Cheese

  • Follow the instructions on the box to prepare the macaroni. This typically involves boiling the pasta in salted water for about 7-8 minutes until al dente.
  • Drain the pasta and return it to the pot. Add the cheese sauce mix, along with the recommended amount of butter and milk from the box instructions. Stir until well combined and creamy.

Cook the Ground Beef

  • While the macaroni is cooking, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until it's browned and no longer pink, breaking it up into crumbles with a spoon as it cooks. This should take about 6-8 minutes.
  • Drain any excess fat from the skillet.

Add the Rotel Chilis

  • Pour the can of Rotel chilis (do not drain) into the skillet with the cooked ground beef. Stir to combine and let it simmer for a few minutes until heated through.

Combine Everything

  • Add the beef and Rotel mixture to the prepared macaroni and cheese. Stir well to ensure everything is evenly mixed and coated with the cheesy sauce.
