Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk any kind
  • 1 cup cottage cheese or plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1-2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 cups blueberries fresh or frozen

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x9-inch baking dish (or line it with parchment paper).
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, melted butter, cottage cheese or Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla.
  • Stir in the oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and sea salt until well combined.
  • Gently fold in the blueberries.
  • Pour the mixture into your prepared baking dish and smooth out the top.
  • Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before slicing and serving. Enjoy warm or store for later!
