2 cups rolled oats 1 cup milk any kind 1 cup cottage cheese or plain Greek yogurt 2 tablespoons melted butter 2 eggs 1/3 cup pure maple syrup 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1-2 teaspoons cinnamon 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 2 cups blueberries fresh or frozen
Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x9-inch baking dish (or line it with parchment paper).
In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, melted butter, cottage cheese or Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla.
Stir in the oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and sea salt until well combined.
Gently fold in the blueberries.
