- 3-4 lb Beef chuck roast
- 4 large potatoes cut in quarters
- 1 medium white onion chopped
- 4 large Carrots
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 2 cups Beef broth
- 1 cup red wine optional
Seasonings
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tbsp Thyme
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 tsp Rosemary
Wash and chop vegetables, peel garlic, and gather herbs.
