Ingredients
  

  • 2 large eggs 100g
  • 1/3 cup cottage cheese 80g
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • Pinch of salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Crack your eggs into a bowl. Whisk until the yolks and whites are fully combined.
  • Add the cottage cheese and whisk again until the mixture looks smooth and creamy.
  • Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk to incorporate.
  • Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Lightly spray with oil or add a small pat of butter.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the warm pan. Let it sit for 5–10 seconds until it just begins to set.
  • Use a silicone spatula to gently push the eggs across the pan. Continue moving them slowly to form soft curds.
  • Cook until the eggs are just set but still slightly glossy. Remove from heat immediately to avoid overcooking.
