For the Cookie Dough 1 cup unsalted butter softened 1 cup granulated sugar 1 cup packed brown sugar 1 cup creamy peanut butter 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 cups all-purpose flour 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt For Rolling 1/4 cup granulated sugar for rolling For Topping 48 Hershey's Kisses unwrapped
Instructions Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and creamy peanut butter until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs, one at a time, and then add the vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Place on Baking Sheets Place the coated dough balls about 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheets.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden but the centers are still soft.
While the cookies are baking, unwrap the Hershey's Kisses.
Add Hershey's Kisses As soon as the cookies come out of the oven, press a Hershey's Kiss into the center of each cookie. The edges may crack slightly, and that's okay.
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.
