Equipment

  • 1 9x9 square baking pan

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg croissant rolls Pillsbury
  • 1 lb hamburger
  • ½ pkg Lipton Dry Onion Soup Mix
  • cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat and Prepare: Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). While the oven is heating up, cook the ground hamburger in a skillet and add the Lipton dry onion soup mix to the browned hamburger, mix until well combined.
  • Shape the Croissant Rolls: Pat a layer of the croissant rolls on the bottom of your 9x9 baking dish. Save two croissants for the top.
  • Add the Meat: Add the hamburger mixture over top of the croissant rolls.
  • Add the Cheese and Egg: Shred 1 - 2 cups of cheddar cheese. Sprinkler over top of the hamburger. Scramble one egg and pour over the cheese and hamburger mixture, this will help the hamburger stay together and not fall apart.
  • Bake: Place the remaining two croissant rolls on top of the cheddar cheese. Pop in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the croissant dough is golden brown.
  • Serve and Enjoy: Once they're done, let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
