Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag of frozen rotisserie-style chicken nuggets from Costco
  • 1 large head of romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Caesar dressing

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken Nuggets

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Place the frozen rotisserie chicken nuggets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even crisping.
  • Once the nuggets are golden brown and crispy, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool slightly.

Step 2: Prepare the Caesar Salad

  • While the nuggets are cooking, wash and chop the romaine lettuce.
  • Slice the cucumber and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  • Thinly slice the red onion.
  • In a large salad bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion.
  • Add the grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Drizzle with Caesar dressing and toss to coat the salad evenly.

Step 3: Assemble the Meal

  • Serve the air-fried rotisserie chicken nuggets alongside the freshly made Caesar salad.
  • For extra flavor, you can sprinkle some additional Parmesan cheese on top of the salad and add freshly cracked black pepper.
