9 cups frozen hashbrowns 2 cups diced ham or 1 lb sausage cooked and crumbled 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese 12 eggs 1/2 cup milk 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp dry mustard
