Sourdough Discard Crackers

These everything bagel sourdough discard crackers are crispy, tangy, and packed with savory seasoning, making them a delicious and easy homemade snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams sourdough discard
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • Everything bagel seasoning to sprinkle on top

Instructions
 

  • Set your oven to 350°F (176°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine the sourdough discard, melted butter, and sea salt. Stir until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula or offset knife to spread it thin and evenly.
  • Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning evenly over the top.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes remove them from the oven, using a knife or pizza cutter lightly score the dough into cracker shapes to make breaking them apart easier after baking.
  • Place in the oven for an additional 20-30 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown and crisp.
  • Let the crackers cool completely before breaking them along the scored lines.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for later.
